Belora Live — Child Safety Standards

Effective 11 August 2026 · Last updated 11 August 2026
Belora Live is operated by Tharunshrey AI Technologies. It was formerly published as AstraMatch, and that earlier name still appears in some internal identifiers. Both names refer to this one app.

Belora Live is a social service for adults — people meet here to find a co-founder, a bandmate, a training partner, a travel companion, a friend, or a relationship. It is strictly for people aged 18 and over, and it has no place for children. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how we enforce them, and how to report a concern.

Report a child-safety concern. Use ⋯ → Report in the app, and email astra.tharunshrey@gmail.com with CHILD SAFETY in the subject line. These reports are read before anything else in the inbox and actioned within 24 hours.

1. Our standards

The following are prohibited on Belora Live without exception. There is no warning, no strike system and no appeal to a first offence:

A single instance of any of these results in immediate permanent removal of the account, preservation of the evidence, and referral to the appropriate authority.

2. Keeping under-18s off Belora Live

3. Detection and moderation

LayerWhat actually happens
Automated image screeningEvery image uploaded to Belora Live — profile photos and images sent in a private chat — is screened automatically by Google Cloud Vision for adult, violent and racy content. Screening runs on upload: an image that fails is removed from the conversation or profile within seconds, quarantined so the evidence survives, and flagged for human review, and the account that sent it is marked.
Human review of reportsEvery report from a member is read by a person. Child-safety reports are prioritised above all other categories.
Verification reviewThe optional verification selfie is reviewed by a person against the profile's photos. A profile that appears to belong to a minor is removed at this step rather than badged.
Text and voice notesText messages and voice notes are not scanned automatically. They are reviewed by a person when reported, and we will not claim otherwise.

We would rather state the limits of our systems plainly than overclaim. Automated screening is not perfect and is not a substitute for reporting — if you see something, report it.

4. Reporting inside the app

Reporting is available everywhere a member can appear:

Reporting also lets you block, which removes the person from your Discover, ends the connection and stops them contacting you. You never have to interact with somebody you have reported, and they are not told who reported them.

5. What we do when a report is upheld

  1. The account is permanently removed and the person is barred from creating another.
  2. The offending content is taken down immediately.
  3. Evidence and account records are preserved as required for a referral, even though the account is deleted.
  4. The matter is reported to the relevant authority — the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline where the law provides for it, and the appropriate law-enforcement body in the relevant jurisdiction, including India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
  5. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement investigating the matter.

6. Compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety law in the places Belora Live is available, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules in India, and 18 U.S.C. § 2258A reporting obligations where they apply to us. We also comply with the child-safety requirements of the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

7. Point of contact

Our published child-safety point of contact, for members, regulators, platforms and law enforcement alike:

Tharunshrey AI Technologies
astra.tharunshrey@gmail.com
Subject line: CHILD SAFETY

8. If a child is in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services first. In India, the Childline helpline is 1098 and cybercrime can be reported at cybercrime.gov.in. In the United States, reports can be made to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Please report to us as well so we can remove the account and preserve what investigators will need.

9. Changes

If these standards change we update the date at the top of this page. We will not weaken them.
