Delete Your Belora Live Account

Belora Live is operated by Tharunshrey AI Technologies. It was formerly published as AstraMatch, and that earlier name still appears in some internal identifiers. Both names refer to this one app.

You can delete your Belora Live account and its data yourself, from inside the app, without contacting us and without asking anyone's permission. It takes three taps.

Delete it from the app

Open Belora Live and go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to the Account section.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If your account has been suspended, the same Delete Account option is on the suspended screen — a suspension never traps your data.

If you are asked to sign in again first, that is a security check: deleting an account requires a recent sign-in. Sign in with the same method you normally use, then repeat the three steps.

Cancel your subscription first if you have one. Belora Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel it and does not refund it. On iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Belora Live. On Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Belora Live.

What deletion removes

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We delete:

your profile, and every profile photo
your verification selfie
your date, time and place of birth, and the coordinates resolved from that place
your messages, and the images and voice notes you sent in chat
your likes, passes and connections
your records from Belora Orbit and Belora Pulse
your compatibility scores and readings
your notification token and your authentication record

If you signed in with Apple, we also call Apple's token revocation endpoint, so Belora Live stops appearing under Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple on your device.

What does not disappear immediately, and why

If you cannot get into the app

Email astra.tharunshrey@gmail.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, as the law requires. We will not ask you for your password — nobody at Belora Live ever will.

Exporting first

If you want a copy of your data before it goes, ask us at the same address before you delete — once the account is gone we cannot reconstruct it.
