These terms are the agreement between you and Tharunshrey AI Technologies ("we", "us") covering the Belora Live apps and these pages. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Belora Live.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put on your profile and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You may sign in with a phone number, with Apple, or with Google. A username (handle) is reserved to you while you hold it and can be changed at most once every 14 days.

Features change. We may add, alter, suspend or withdraw any part of Belora Live, and we may limit how much of a feature you can use, including for reasons of cost, abuse prevention or stability.
Belora Pro is an optional paid upgrade. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or annual) and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Belora Live computes compatibility and daily readings from birth data using traditional astrological techniques. This is offered for entertainment and self-reflection.
You agree not to:
Members can report and block one another from a profile, a chat and a live room. Reports are reviewed and we aim to act within 24 hours. Images uploaded to Belora Live — both profile photos and images sent in chat — are screened automatically for unsafe content, and reported content is reviewed by a person.
Where a rule is broken we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate an account permanently, with or without notice depending on severity. Reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as the most serious category and result in immediate removal and referral to the relevant authority. If your account is suspended you can still delete it from the suspended screen.
You keep ownership of what you create — your photos, your writing, your voice notes. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate Belora Live: to show your profile to other members, deliver your messages, and run the live formats. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for safety or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not license it to third parties.
You confirm you have the right to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Belora Live, its name, its design, its interface and its reading engine are ours, or licensed to us. You get a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app as intended. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.
We do not run criminal background checks on members. Verification badges confirm that a selfie was reviewed against a profile's photos; they are not identity documents and do not mean a person is safe. You are responsible for your own decisions about who to talk to and who to meet. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and stop if something feels wrong.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or via the web deletion page. We can terminate or suspend your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Deleting your account does not refund a purchase and does not cancel a store subscription — cancel that in your store account settings.
Belora Live is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be fixed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for lost profits or data, or for the conduct of any member — whether online or in person. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of Belora Live in breach of these terms, from your content, or from your conduct towards another member.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and the date at the top of this page is updated before they take effect. Continuing to use Belora Live after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there. We would much rather resolve a problem by email first — please write to us before starting anything formal.
Where you obtained Belora Live from the App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support for Belora Live; Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to Belora Live, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims; and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
