To help us answer quickly, tell us your username, your device and iOS or Android version, and what you saw versus what you expected.
Belora Live signs you in with a phone number, with Apple, or with Google. Use the same method you signed up with — signing in with Apple when you originally used a phone number creates a different account. If an SMS code does not arrive, check signal, wait 60 seconds, and use Resend. If it still does not arrive, email us with the number in full international format.
Profile → Edit → Username. A username can be changed once every 14 days, and a handle that somebody else holds is unavailable.
Birth date, time and place drive every reading, so a wrong entry makes every score wrong. Fix them in Profile → Edit → Birth details. Readings recompute the next time they are opened. If you cannot edit your date of birth, email us — we restrict that field because it is also the 18+ check.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. If your account is suspended, the same option is on the suspended screen. There is also a web route at delete-account.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. What is removed, and the two things that are briefly retained and why, are set out in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in your store settings first.
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us, so they are managed there:
Belora Pro is also sold as a one-time Lifetime purchase. That one does not renew and has nothing to cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Only the store that took your payment can issue a refund. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Play Store order history. If a purchase was charged twice or a feature did not unlock, email us and we will help you put the request together.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases, and make sure you are signed in to the same store account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with the receipt from your store and your Belora Live username.
Tap the ⋯ menu on their profile, in your chat with them, or in a live room, then Report. Reports are reviewed by a person. We aim to act within 24 hours, and immediately where there is a risk to someone's safety. You do not have to talk to somebody you have reported.
Same menu, Block. Blocking removes them from your Discover, ends the connection, and stops them contacting you. They are not told.
Belora Live is strictly 18+. If you believe a member is under 18, or you see any content sexualising a minor, report it in the app and email astra.tharunshrey@gmail.com with the word CHILD SAFETY in the subject line. See our Child Safety Standards.
Do not send it, and report them. Nobody you meet on Belora Live needs your money, your card details, a crypto transfer, or a gift-card code — and Belora Live staff will never ask for your password.
Belora Live is new in many places and the pool grows city by city. Widening your age range — in Settings → the edit button on your profile photo, where your preferences live — is the fastest fix. Completing your profile also matters: profiles with photos and answered prompts are shown more often. Belora Live does not filter Discover by distance, because it never reads your location.
From both people's birth date, time and place, using traditional Vedic techniques including the Ashtakoota principles. It is offered for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a prediction, it is not advice, and it is not a judgement of anyone's character or safety — see section 5 of the Terms.
Live audio rooms. One person is on stage at a time and their chart is read aloud. If you are only listening, nobody in the room can see you. You can tap anyone in a room to open their profile and request an alignment.
A timed one-to-one format. Belora Live brings two people together, shows the reading between them, and both decide whether to align before the timer runs out. No profile is shown until the pulse has been held.
Check iOS Settings → Belora Live → Notifications (or Android app info → Notifications), then Settings → Notifications inside Belora Live. Focus modes and Low Power Mode also hold notifications back.
Belora Live needs a connection for almost everything. Check signal, then force-quit and reopen. If it persists, email us the screen name and roughly when it happened so we can find it in our logs.
